Hi!
i use grapefruit seed extract.
its a really good antibacterial and parasite and candida buster.
i use it on an empty stomach or just after a meal.
it makes me feel fresh and its very potent, dosent harm beneficial bacteria either and is a good source of vit c and e.
Also i think through fasting i have got the best results ever.
