Are you a Christian?  If so you might find this book  very helpful.  There are specific prayers for the children, unhealthy relationships, etc and breaking habits, demonic strongholds, etc.  All the prayers are based strictly upon scripture and are very effective.  This is a battle that needs to be fought on a number of levels, I believe.

This book has three volumes in one and is the one I know for sure has ones dealing with breaking away from unhealthy relationships, etc.
