No real parasite cleansing other then what the juices and acv take out of me. I dont't do or should I say very limited amounts of Sugar anymore. a lot of good white meats and veggies.
very little alcohol if any. Yeah regular bowel movements first thing in the morning and possibly later in the morning it can depend. But had to get that back! After flushing my normal morning BM was not there no mo, but like most everything else it came back. I drink about 2 litres of water a day and about 1 litre of juice. Seems like its not going so much that bothers me its just that the urge seems to be there all the time. color seems fine, darker in morning and late evening but clear as a bell during the hydration period. Im not a chugger I sip the water/juice all day, I never really feel thirsty I just do it. And I will say that the juice doesnt run through me like the water does. Im just not one for headaches hardly ever have, and since flush seems like I always have just a tinch of one going on.
