Actually no. I just use the dream dictionary. Back about six weeks ago I started a parasite cleanse. One of my detox symptoms was remembering all kinds of weird stuff, and some really crazy dreams. What I've had since then (at least what I can remember) are these "one liners". Until I started detoxing I don't remember having a dream for close to thirty years.

Back then the dreams were always the same, with the same results. I actually participated in them. Back then I thought I was weird, and they were upsetting. I thought I was a 1/2 step short of the loony bin. However, know I understand particitative dreams are the highest level dreams one can have. The recurring dream/nightmare had to do with something that happened when I was younger.

So now I'm past all that, and am really wanting to dream. Maybe I can borrow some of your dream energy. My son made a Dream Catcher when he was younger... I wonder if that would help?

However, I found some exercises to help me remember. Hasn't quite taken affect yet. I would love to have the epic dreams I use to have. Dream, wake up to take a leak, fall back to sleep, and then pick up on the dream where I left off. Better than Gone With the Wind, Exodus, Quo Vadis, and Rocky I all rolled together.
