you remembering my contribution to the Master-Cleanse forum
fondly. I wish you success on your own Master-Cleanse journey.
It was after my third extended Master-Cleanse fast in three
years that I feel I finally arrived at a substantial
sense of wellness.
I admit I also still really enjoy the lemonade as a
cayenne delivery system. I am waiting for warm weather
to do another 10 day cleanse myself~~ :)
