There's alot of good information in new, and old posts through out curezone. I like just putting in a search for things and see what others have said, or tried. Colon cleansing, and what has worked, or not worked for people can be found through-out the CureZone Forums .

Cascara Sagrada is what Hulda Clark says. That's what my 76 year old dad has been using, and it's worked well for him, and he's had a history of plugged up bowels, and bowel problems to the point of calling an ambulance for himself for a bowel obstruction (he lives alone). It's in Barefoot's Lower Bowel Balance, which people recommend; Schultz has a bowel product, there's alot of options. Cascara was in what the Dr. gave me for bowel cleansing, (taken at bedtime) along with also taking a fiber product (Fiberfusion is one that he has had me use, but there's lots of choices), both at bedtime and at night. Plus, Okra Pepsin from Standard Process for loosening the mucoid. Yes, I've passed mucoid. But my father also did just using the herbal product that had the cascara and senna, and some other things in it.

My step-son was asking my husband about starting a parasite cleanse, he's constantly sick with respritory problems, and never seems to get over the "viruses" he catches. No, I haven't been pushing this on any of them, and the reason is for what I came to the conclusion of myself--they have to first be willing to make a committment that this isn't going to be a short term thing, that it could get rough, that it might not be fun, and yes, you need to be going poop a couple of times a day. How many people are willing to start colon cleansing just for that one inconvenience alone? You learn to make adjustements. The cascara works on the muscles to give you "the urge" to go--expect if you are planning on going somewhere, and you've taken it the night before- get up earlier to give yourself at least an hour to eat something--and let it do it's job. When you put food in your stomach, it's a signal to empty the bowel.

The scattering question- that one I'd like to hear other people's opinions on this forum about too, so maybe ask it in another thread and we'll see what other people say about it. There's aLOT of fear about it. My thought is that the herbals are systemic, they go through out the body, into every organ, through the blood etc. If you are using the zapper, it gets to most places, but not every place, but the two of them together would. The zapper kills the viruses/bacterias that come off of the parasites as they are dying too- that's why the 3 rounds of 7 minutes doing it, 20 minutes off, 7 minutes on etc. It HAS to be done all 3 rounds to kill them all.

The Liver Flushing without parasite cleansing I wouldn't want to do.

This is what scares me that I would have a concern for about the chances of causing scattering:

The 1 week treatment the Dr gave my daughter when she came home from Fiji not feeling well (I don't know if he did stool samples, which usually don't show much anyhow) but most likely he just suspected because she'd been in Fiji living with the locals, no refrigeration etc- for 3 months, that she had them. Yes, she says she knows she needs to start a parasite cleanse.

My step-daughter that spent a week in the Amazon, studying frogs- living amongst the locals, bathing in the Amazon--comes home feeling sick in the stomach- goes to the Dr. who gives her the 1 week treatment. Yes, she will tell you her stomach has never been the same, still gives her problems, yes she knows about all the parasites I've killed, not ever going out of the country.

Have they had scattering? I don't know. Unless people are willing to make a committment and are disciplined enough to do this stuff day in and day out--I'm not going to push them. The worst thing in cases like this is for them to "dabble" at it. My step-daughter- goes to the bathroom a couple of times a week. I gave their family 2 bottles of Barefoot's when I first started- the 3 kids are outside barefooted in the horse manure, and around the animals all the time. They have a live rabbit they let run around their house- "Grandma, it pooped 52 turds all over the place last night, and peed on the couch!" The 9 year old has asthma bad enough to have hospitalized her more than once. Hulda Clark 's explanation of asthma? Ascarids in the lungs. The step-daughter was in the hospital for 3 days for surgery for endometriosis that is through out her organs. Hulda Clark 's explanation for endometriosis- flukes that have completed their life cycle in the uterus. She also knows she has a gall bladder full of gall stones, gets yellow eyes from her liver not working well---but won't do anything about it. She's 31.

There's not a thing I can do and I won't push it, she's seen my green liver stone "collection" in the freezer- no gallbladder.

There are adjustments that need to be made to do this stuff, and it's not always convenient--like I said, going poop a couple of times a day is not "convenient" and can be a nuisance, but it is necessary. If she's not even willing to start with that one discipline, I won't encourage her to start any of it.
The two bottles of Barefoot's sat on their counter for 3 months, unused- I finally asked for it back for myself and my husband if they weren't going to even be disciplined enough to take a couple of tablespoons a day of it. Yet- her husband has migraines (again H.C attributes to parasites), and "ulcers"...most likely worms too.

Maybe it takes a person getting to the point of being where I was at, to be willing to say "I'll do whatever it takes, however long it takes". My Doctor, and Dr. Sutter, have both said the same thing--expect that it could take a year to get the parasites and liver cleaned up. Patience and determination, and self-discipline to do what's not always fun, easy, nor convenient, or a quick thing...is something you have to determine for yourself if you are ready for.

If you do have the fears, and the uncertainties, I'd suggest finding a Naturopath/Alternative Medicine Dr. that knows something about parasites. There's also herbal products the ND Dr's have that we would never know about, and aren't available over the counter. One that he has me on right now, specifically for round worms/tapeworms, which I was still testing strong for when I was last there- is a product that he can only get, and the #1 thing in the directions is that you have to be willing to stay on the program for the full 90 days- 10 days on, 5 days off, 10 days on--etc...AND eat NO beef or pork. Yes, I have had to be self-disciplined enough to make the committment to not eating beef or pork--we raise beef for a living, we own a ranch. My husband just filled 2 freezers with our own prime, organic, grass-fed beef. We spent a lot of money supporting a local kid by buying their 4-H pig this summer--and another freezer is full of pork.
Was it hard when my kids were here for Christmas and everyone else was eating it- and I got to smell it cooking and couldn't taste it? Yes, but am I determined, and self-disciplined enough to stick with the committment I made to kill the worms- yes. Whatever it takes.

Do I get like doing another Liver Flush when I know my liver needs it? No, I have to give myself a talking to "DO you want to heal? Then just drink it!" But, seeing all the green treasures in my freezer- a bunch of large ones- and getting all the flukes out of my liver that were plugging it up--has it been worth it? yes. Not fun, but yes it's worth the effort. But, another committment to healing.

I'm 48 years old...don't drink, don't smoke, don't do drugs, don't eat fast foods because of celiac (another self-discipline, no gluten, extremely careful diet for a year and half) growing up in an Italian family--no, it wasn't fun cooking spaghetti and garlic bread for my kids when they were here, smelling it and watching them eat it...but it's all about making your mind up that it's whatever it takes to get to the place of being well, and healthy. Do I miss having pizza- oh man, that's the worst thing I miss...but there's alternatives, rice flour crusts etc.

Good Luck- Visit Dr. Sutter's forum and ask questions there, and listen to what he says. Learning from others that have been through it to healing like he has (curing himself of liver cancer through parasite cleansing/liver flushing) is a book in itself. And read old posts here on Curezone.
