If you think your liver is congested don't use milkthistle till you have done some flushes. The milkthistle will detox you and with a congested liver the toxins will get reabsorbed and you will feel sicker.

As long you don't have constipation you can do the liverflush now. Skip the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement on the day of the flush and then continue with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement again. Then do the flush again after 2-3 weeks.
I jumped into Liver-Flush right away, a lot of people have done that, and then later you can do the other cleanses.
A clean liver will help with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement too, since the toxins leave the body quicker.
Don't forget there are a lot of different protocols and I followed someone who did not believe in parasites first. He believes that the dead parasites might get stuck in a congested liver, so it makes your liver worse. You have to make up your own mind, but this made sense to me. Actually I did a parasite cleanse a year later and never noticed anything. I do keep the liver and intestines clean.
