The last few weeksi've noticed my liver getting worse than usual, as now I am able to feel that area as sore and full. At night i have trouble sleeping, with weird feelings in the liver and heart area, definitely feels like there's a struggle going on to keep me alive. Now I want to do a flush soon but I know I have to do the parasite & Bowel Cleanses via Miracle-Mineral-Supplement first.

I'm already basically fasting, not eating much so the liver doesn't have to work too hard. So my question is, what can I do in the next couple weeks before my flush to temporarily help the liver?

I think today i'm going to go out and get some herbal tea, lemons and milk thistle, will that help?
