My personal feeling was that it might just have been an infalmmation of some sort. Didn't think for a second it could have been a hernia and also didn't think it could have been a blockage with all the flushing and cleansing I do. Never-the-less the reference to Sutter's post had mentioned hidden parasite infection and you never know. So, what I did was go on a liquid diet for a few days, push a lot of salt water and enemas and do a lot of direct pressure massage at the most sensitive spot. I'm back to where I was before this. So generally I feel OK now, but still a slight pressure sensitivity, but not when I am exerting to eliminate.
