Thank you for your valuable post. Im doing pretty much everything you recommended. And its good to see more people acknowledging the demodex mite as a big factor in all this. I feel it was the missing peice I didnt know about for so long. And its clear to me now that Ive had a long, serious infection for years.
Ive been treating for 6 weeks. Today I got very discouraged. But I have to remind myself..how infested I probably am after 6 YEARS of suffering from horrible acne. I remind myself how much damage I did to my body in my youth and early twenties with my drug and alcohol abuse.

You dont recover from 23 years of damage in a year or two. Ive been Liver Flushing and parasite cleansing a little less than a year now. Ive only been doing the skin treatment 6 weeks so Im always trying to remind myself that its ok if Im not "there" yet. I dont want to give up.

Acne is definately a sign of something being very wrong in the body and I know a lot is still wrong with mine. Anyone who suffers from these types of things might want to look into Iodine therapy. I got interested in it and have been reading about it for a few months now, and I have been using Iodine recently. It can be rough, as the detox can cause pimples in itself, but I think healthy levels of Iodine could play a HUGE role in the overall health that leads to an immune system thats strong and balanced hormones, both things play a role in keeping the things that cause Acne in check.
