I bought olive leaf bulk, and have been adding it to my raw juices...I have NO idea how much I would be taking because of it not being in a capsule, saying how many mg.
Can anyone tell me how to tell? Telluride directed me to an olive leaf website, that said 1- 2 TB a day for an adult "for health maintenance"..but how much is anyone else taking in using it with parasites in mind?
