IMO, you canot expect to successfully fight off parasites and/or infections successfully while taking recreational drugs, painkillers, etc. It's like shooting oneself in the foot while trying to recover from a sprain.

You are taxing your liver. It is SO important that the liver is able to function optimally in order to fight the parasites.

IMO, if you really want to make progress, you need to make some tough decisions.
