Hello Tsetsi,
My name is Deanna. I was wondering if I could use safflower oil as I can not find any sunflower oil. I have Candida mostly in the throat with lots of mucus I had surgery almost a year ago, removing my tonsils, because of Sleep Apnea. Basically the surgeon destroyed my life. I wound up with Candida. I have sores on the back of my tongue and throat. I have tons of foamy white mucus every day and spitting like a man.
I did have vaginal yeast, for several months but going organic and taking all kinds of crap to try to beat this , has been a total nightmare.
I want to do the flush as I was told by a Neuropath that I had metals parasites and yeast.

Everyday, my tongue, is slimy, and coated and split .I am hoping this will help .I had tried everything under the sun.Can you give me any feed back as I would appreciate it..

Hi Deanna,

In your case, i recommend that you go 100% raw. You should be able to lose the musous in a matter of couple of months and the candida will subside quite a bit and go away in about a year. Doing various cleanses will also help you tremendously. It was not a good idea to have your tounsils removed as this does pre-dispose a person to weight gain, but sometimes these things happen. If you decide to go raw, this will be the best desicion and it will save your life, if you go fruitarian, these improvements will happen twice as fast, so you decide. If i were you, i would quit cooked food immediately, especially cooked meat, eggs and mushrooms, because these are the most candida-forming foods. I certainly hope you get better and remember that my cleanse contains organic foods, so it is always recommended, it is almost like food in itself.
