well let me try to inform you more,

1)well as far as my diet, its terrible i used to eat healthy foods, no pop drinks just chai from starbucks (only caffeine), eat out at fast-foods (processed foods), no exercise, no anti-biotics, no vitamins nothing, just whatever i can to fill in the gaps

2)my blood pressure as always been good, before, during, and after baby actually all my life, im asian, 5ft tall, 105lbs, never had weight issues, before i was ever pregnant i always try to stay active, whether if i was running or doing conditioning i kept a healthy lifestyle but everything changed once i had kids lol

3)never had a Colon Cleanse in my entire life, i didnt know of this world until i wanted to detox/cleanse my system out

i wanted to add my findings/readings about parasite cleanse before anything else, i was reading the parasite debate about "SCATTERING" phenomenia (excuse my spelling) that if you've never had the Scattering issue that you should not deworm yourself which will result in scattering, and there is no solution for this at all, do you happen to know any?? how do you know if you have parasite??? can you go somewhere and check to see if you have parasite/worms?? i know this could be cause by my hormones of just having a baby, i know sometimes i still get emotional my fiance really hates me when that happens. when i was younger 3 or 4 yrs old we had still lived in Thailand and i remember that i had tapeworm, could they still be inside me?? this itchy feeling that i get is really getting to be annoying especially in my head, i dont know what is the best method or which route to go about this because i dont what to cause harm to my body by provoking something when there is nothing, and have permenant problems from parasite cleansing.

any suggestions is helpful
