Hi, I tried going without Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) for a LONG time. A few months of almost never having it. Last night I was at a Thai restaurant because of my family wanting me there, and I had chicken curry. I'm pretty sure I got a huge dose of MSG. I was hyper that night and the following morning. I noticed, when shopping today, that I was less nervous around people, and less irritable around my parents. Does Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) have a long withdrawl? I usually feel miserable every day.

Anyone know much about withdrawl or have an experience they wanna share?

Also, foods labeled "organic natural flavor" and "organic spices" is Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) free right?
