Bythc--It's worth a try, I bought myself 2 qts of buttermilk today :) and plan on drinking several glasses a day. Thanks for the information.
I do the castor oil packs at night too, which Azurite said was one way of getting the parasites to come out of the biofilms, where the herbal dewormers can then get to them.

Someplace in the old posts I was reading on curezone, someone was sitting in a tub of milk--it had something to do with parasites, but I don't know exactly what.
