I wish you the best of luck with your son. It is not always an easy road but it is very rewarding. You are great with the diet you follow. I don't always show that much discipline with my childrens diet. I do try to avoid food coloring s I notice that high food coloring foods set him off. I give him natural juices and not the fruit punch style drinks because that will have a huge affect on him. I make sure there are fruits and veggies at every meal. I also give them the majority of them raw because that's what they want. A lot of what I try to do for particuarly my son who is an indigo is trial and error and seeing what works for him. They definately cannot be forced into doing anything. It's impossible. I do quite a bit of clearing with him because I think that the negative things in this life do affect him and his mood. His bedroom is biege colored walls no bright reds or blues. I really feel that that helps. I pray to Archangel Michael to make his bedroom a safe and peaceful place. Many of these children are sensitive so spirits will try to come to them. They are drawn to them. That is difficult for a small child to deal with.
Praying to Archangel Michael I feel really helps. Don't feel funny or be afraid to pray to your sons angels to protect him or shield him from anything he is unable to handle at his age. You can also pray to him to clear your son of any negative energy. I believe it is called a vaccumm technique. Doreen Virtue has some good books out and there are other good books about indigos. Maybe a lot of what is going on with your son could be frustration on his part. He might know things that even you don't know but can't express them. He might see, feel or sense things that he can't explain to you. I think it is hard for them to adapt to the physical world I truely do. Sometimes alternative schools can be great for these kids. Montessori schools are a favorite with some parents and kids in my area. There is no one definate answer and any attempt to steer you a certain way would certainly seem pushy. I pray that you find what works for him because it is so rewarding to see what they can do they are amazing children. You are great I give you lots of credit for taking a active role in wanting to do the best for your son. Sometimes god answers our prayers with what is around us. Like being at the right place to join a play group where your son can thrive and then learning from one of the parents there that there is a great technique that always helps their children when they are frustrated etc. I hope this has helped a bit.
