I know the movement is awful. But it might be a good sign. How you feel otherwise is a better gage of your progress. If you felt lousy, so you did a cleanse, and you felt worse while taking the herbs, but when you stopped cleansing, you felt a whole lot better than you did before the cleanse, then your cleansing was effective and you have lowered the parasite load. You need to repeat the cleansing several times and then do routine maintenence.
If, on the other hand, you feel lousy, and you do a parasite cleanse, it makes you feel worse and when you stop cleansing you feel even sicker than before you did the cleanse, then you have managed to stir things up, but your cleanse was not effective.
It may be that you did not take a large enough dose. It may be that you killed off a couple of mothers and now their eggs are hatching out, which means you really need to exterminate the babies before they have a chance to start mating, because the colony will grow exponentially as they mature.
Your body knows the answer to these questions: Did you take enough to stir them up and make them migrate, but not enough to kill them? Did you kill off a whole bunch of them, and now the remainder are migrating in hopes of finding safety. Is the movement due to adult migration, or is it due to the hatching of eggs?
If the big ones are simply on the run, but you haven't killed them, eat pineapple for a couple of days, as it will help to immobilize them and take herbs that are notorious for paralyzing them (like Bing Lang). Exterminate again when the movement has died down, and take a stronger formula next time.
