I tried Kyolic years ago but had to stop taking it due to the request of my then husband. I do cook with garlic regularly cause I just love the taste.

When I have been sick with a cold or something, or sometimes as a parasite cleanse, I have just eaten a clove of raw garlic a day. I don't mind it at all, but my family isn't too crazy about me doing it.
