I truly believe its a mite problem, but of course the fact that my body is messed up internally is part of it. The mites are just a peice of the puzzle, and what Im working on now, because its something I can take care of immediately. Getting my parasite load down (internal and external)will take some of the load off my immune system as I do work with Liver Flushing and other therapies to strenthen myself. My hormones are definately out of whack, but Im working on that. I have also used lots of different lotions on my face before and none of them but the mite killing ones have caused the die off reaction. Also I could feel them crawling! Its gross. But the crawling is getting better as their numbers get less.


Thanks for the info! It sounds interesting. I dont know much about biofeedback actually. Ill google that term. SO do you think the olive leaf is still helping you? I have to thank you again for recommending it to me. Honestly, it did nothing for my acne, I have to say, BUT- it does seem to be an amazing immune booster. I think it kills viruses in the system, because for the first time in my life, I started getting a bad cold, and I was able to eradicate it {not only with olive leaf, but I added it into my sickness regimen}. My cold got better before it even made its way up to my sinuses and gave me a runny nose. I had a mild sore throat, then a bad sore throat, then I megadosed on all the olive leaf and other nutrients and the sore throat turned into a mild cough and congested lungs for a short while then got better.

Understand that normally when I get a cold, I get sick in bed for weeks, sometimes bronchitis so bad I need to find a way to get Antibiotics . So this was a big deal for me.

And no Ive never had my hormones checked. I simply cant afford all the testing and things it would most likely take for someone to be able to tell me whats wrong with me. I know something is wrong though, I can just feel it. Its not as simple as mites causing acne, I believe they do, but its more why is my system so weak that these mites take over in the first place? Thats my work..
