Actually, it feels OK to take Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) if you are smoking. I noticed that many of the people who tolerate Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) smoke.
AND that people who stopped smoking seemed to begin to have Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) low tolearnce symptoms.

Smoking might not be the best for your lungs or your children though.
You can get through a couple of days of enforced MSG poisoning with a nicotine patch.
But this would lead to Nicotine addiction I suppose.
