Thanks for your help guys. When i finish all of the parasite cleanse I will let you know how I went and give an overall view of what did and did not work for me. in case other users want to know.

Thanks heaps guys. the stomach ickyness has resided. ive been drinking 2+ litres of water a day along with the full dose and it seems comfortable enough now.
