hello again!

yes yes i am finally over my liver flukes - they were pretty rampant! i got them when i was travelling in central america and they were SOOO hard to get rid of. initially i did 3 different naturopathic treatments - one was a parasite cleanse for about 6 months which had the most restrictive diet ever imaginable. it didn't work though. eventually i saw a homeopath, who uses a system similar to that of Hulda Clark 's zapper. it still took ages to work though because it is difficult to kill the eggs - it was totally gross, i could actually see them moving under my skin because they got agitated by the homeopathic treatments! yuk!

i have no doubt that you can do a fast either! but i certainly could not have done it while i had my liver flukes - the parasites make you extraordinarily hungry (they get fed before you do - *bleahk* so disgusting!). maybe you could try looking at the humaworm forum? i have scanned through that and people seem to have a lot of success? and maybe start with the parasite cleanse... where do you live? if you are in america, it seems a whole lot easier to get hold of all the products they recommend (i'm in australia)

when i had my flukes, i also had really sluggish lymphatics and no energy at all - i also had real problems concentrating on anything. it was pretty grim!

i did do some urine massages but not many - mostly because i got pretty sick when i was doing my fast, i was bedridden a lot and didn't have enough energy to do them every day. a lot of the stuff i have read says that is is essential to do daily massages whilst fasting, but i guess it depends how it goes for the individual.
