I asked you earlier about your diet...

I don't recall you answering my post, I'm sure you didn't notice it. I asked if you could describe your diet, so that maybe I could make some recommendations that might relieve your IBS issues.

Also have you been checked for food allergies or immune system disorders?

When I lived in Germany one of my kids had a spell of digestive problems and I took him to an allergy doctor. My son was about 2.5 yrs old. The first thing the dr did was stool, urine & blood test. When I returned later the dr explained the allergy blood test and said my son had NO food/nutritional allergies (not milk, egg, fish, wheat, soy, nut or anything) but he had hay fever. He also explained an immune system imbalance, which he thought related to Antibiotics from my son's issues with ear infections. He put him on an immune regulating protocol. It was a very small pill that he took for 28 days, then 28 days off, then 28 days back on. All of my son's issues cleared right up. I have no idea what that pill was but it was called luivac.
