Yeah that was the mistake- I should have taken the cayenne with food. I guess Lysine has to be taken on empty stomach. Whew I spent morning losing breakfast not pleasant and that cayenne is POTENT!

I hear that coenzyme Q10 in megadoses 3000mg is more effective for parasites according to what I hear online from Hulda Clark , is that true? And what is this Rascal thing that she talks about? I wish that I could have met both Hulda Clark and Dr. Bob Beck when they were alive. I would have had some great questions for them both!!
