Oh, my dear Hopinso,

I've seen those drawings, too...and I've wondered how my own innards are coming along.

Wish we had windows!

I do know that our posture counts, as well. Slumping has a purpose of massaging the midriff organs with the ribs, I think. A 3 1/2 hour drive, slightly bumpy, triggered the spontaneous release of my first visible gallstone, several years ago. I had done no cleansing or flushing.

The stone was huge, the size of a pullet egg, smooth, black and flecked with kelly green. It passed between two colors of fluffy stool, one quite yellow, and the other quite orange. Bile, I believe.

The only 'symptom' I had was a slight nausea as I rushed to the bathroom after exiting the car.

I haven't done much colon cleansing, perhaps I should be embarrassed about that, reading all the good posts here...but I did do the magnesium oxide mix suggested by a professional...a number of times. I took it with lemon juice, too...two or three days at a time. I hated it. It made me feel 'scoured' inside...as though I had swallowed a Curly Kate.

I passed what felt like a bolus of worms, one time, but I didn't look before I flushed. I hadn't done much reading about worms, or anything else.

Nor have I seen much of note in my Humaworm cleanses, though I don't poke much. I figure my internal residents are 'melting', my elimination system being so slow. Even the dozen or so 'tomato skins' were flat, thin, and small.

Just the amazing colors from foods, green being from my big salads, and green soups; and hard stools...often inadequate. Sitting too long at the computer has taken its toll. I'm a practicing writer. In fact, I've wondered if the sitting isn't compacting stools...though I'm certain parasite emissions play a jolly big part.

If you'll please forgive me saying so, I've wondered how folks in wheelchairs make out...especially if they have problems with the spine and posture.

I know a gal. Her difficulty began with cystic fibrosis, or some such. I think her body has had to make huge adjustments, and I wonder if her decision for a chair hasn't limited her inside functions more than necessary.

I know her case is entirely different than yours, but in her search for ease of movement she has become quite ingrown and even remarkably selfish, mean-spirited, while trying to act 'normal' and kind. It is an odd case to observe. Perhaps some of her internal problems affect her disposition. Parasites, alone, or liver difficulties, can spoil a person's day...year!

What amazing cleansing experiences you've had! I am so happy for you. That's a job worth doing...and it must have taken lots of effort. Good on you!

Thanks for reminding me of those drawings...they were really astonishing, weren't they? Probably they were pictures of the insides of 'older' folks. I mean, 70 is far too young to get into that shape...right? (Heh-heh-hee!)

And they should have come with descriptions of the 'lifestyle' that got those people that result. Everything is caused by 'lifestyle choices', so the insurance folks like to say.

I'll send you a Personal Message, if you don't mind...'Inbox' is at the top right of the page.

Thanks for your insight and goodwill.
