For many people cleansing also results in emotional symptoms. Liver flushing, colon cleansing, parasite cleanses and fasting can all produce a profound change in the emotional state of an individual. Perhaps it is from released toxins, or a shift in the pH level, or maybe a psychological reaction to the cleansing process, there are several theories. My first brush with this was with my second Master Cleanse when I experienced almost suicidal depression, if I had not had the support of the forum members and their shared experiences, I don't know what I would have done. parasite cleansing made me feel very anxious, where Colon Cleanses generally produced a feeling of hope and well being. I have felt a sense of anxiety with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , but I am going through a stressful time in my life and am not sure if its the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement or not.

Try and remain positive about what you are dealing with. Just being aware that the bad emotions are part of the overall cleansing process will help you get through the rough times. it does help to share your feelings with others, for many of us have been through this and will do our best to help you through the really bad times and look for the light at the end of the tunnel. Once you are purged of a lot of emotional garbage you will be a valuable asset to others going through the same thing.
