You are supposed to parasite cleanse before liver flushing.

I have done 9 Liver Flushes this year and they got progressively more difficult with more time to recover from each. I did not parasite cleanse either. I have since done a parasite cleanse and at the end I realised that a Liver Flush would then have been great. I felt so much better and “freer” inside that I just know a Liver Flush would have been excellent. (I did not Liver Flush then for other separate reasons)

I just started my second parasite cleanse and I will liver flush afterwards.

So yes…………your understanding/thinking is spot on…..you need to parasite cleanse first.

I had wonderful success with Humaworm. The support on curezone is excellent too.
