parasites release a lot of toxins when they die, thus the term "die-off". When a body is loaded with toxins, loose stools or even diarrhea are one fast way to get rid of the toxic waste before the body is overwhelmed. Some people can develop rashes or pimples, flu like symptoms, fevers and nausea when dealing with die-off. With all the different kinds of die-off, I would take loose stools over other options.
