You don't know how glad I am to hear from you, and that things are getting back to normal. I started to say to myself "self, so this is what happens to the unsuccessful attempts.... they are never heard from again. Their last communications etched upon page X (page 751 in your case), and forever lost in the bit bucket of the time/space continium of the CureZone".
I just started down this road. Had I found this forum first I would probably be doing the Master-Cleanse now instead of doing the cleanses in preparation for a liver cleanse. I like this forum much better than the Liver Cleanse forum. There seems to be more support and activity.
Background:
Nothing serious wrong with me. Hearing loss from being with the infantry in Vietnam. Degenerative hip. Wear glasses. Did weigh about 220 lbs on a 5' 11" frame. Within past few years have not been very focused.
Habits are probably not the best. Like my beer, meat and potatoes, and salt. Although when the garden is producing I'm almost a pure vegitarian. Raise my own livestock and poutry, and get fresh fish from 3 miles away (even though they are from the Chesapeake Bay). Stopped smoking in 1986 (4-5 packs a day).
The aches and pains from aging are occuring more often and taking longer to recover from....high blood pressure, pre-diabetic, forgetfullness, don't sleep well.
Three weeks ago started exercising again 3 times a week for two hours each session:
* Upper Body: stretching, stomach crunches, bench press, lat machine, steam room.
* Cardio: stretching, stomach crunches, eliptical machine, steam room.
* Arms: stretching, stomach crunches, easy curl, tricep machine, steam room.
Started eating soups and salids, and drinking 1/2 body weight in ounces of water. No alcohol. Two weeks into the regiman I had a steak with onions. Had a hard time getting through it even though it tasted great.
Last Friday started colon cleanse:
In evening
2 tblsp chlorophil
2 tblsp Aloe Vera
1 tsp phila something or other
2 tablets of celulose
Saturday: had a very impressive BM. Nothing out of the ordinary. Just easy and massive. Did the evening colon clease. Crackers and cheese, Burger King. 1/2 body weight in ounces of water. Vitamins.
Sunday: BM was massive, but had a bad smell. Slept well that night. Did the evening colon clease. Creme chipped beef and Pizza. 1/2 body weight in ounces of water. Vitamins. AM Upper Body workout.
Monday:
BM put out some nasty stuff. Smelled terrible and looked just as bad (black, light brown, dark brown, weird shapes). All solid, but in chunks.
1 tblsp Benonite in the morning.
Did the evening colon clease.
Salid and Burrito's. 1/2 body weight in ounces of water. Vitamins.
Tuesday:
BM was was broken up. Bad smell. Stuff floating (thinner than toilet paper and white pea sized balls).
1 tblsp Benonite in the morning.
Did the evening colon clease.
Started the parasite cleanse (Dr. Clark's formula)
Salid and raw vegtibles. 1/2 body weight in ounces of water. Vitamins. PM Cardio workout. Weighed 213 lbs.
Wednesday: BM was was mostly solid very light in color. Some bad smell. Stuff floating (thinner than toilet paper and white pea sized balls).
Did the evening colon clease with 1 tblsp Benonite.
Continued parasite cleanse (Dr. Clark's formula)
Did a foot soak with Himalayan salt. Have not noticed a difference, but will add more salt tonight
Salid and raw vegtibles. 1/2 body weight in ounces of water. Vitamins.
Thursday: Three BM's. All solid, light brown in color, no smell. Lots of stuff floating (thinner than toilet paper and white pea sized balls).
Did the evening colon clease with 1 tblsp Benonite.
Continued parasite cleanse (Dr. Clark's formula)
Munched on blueberries, raspberries, cranberries, carrots, brocholi, cauliflower, bananas, apples, bean sprouts(tastes terrible), and tempeh(tastes terrible). 1/2 body weight in ounces of water. Vitamins. Will do the arm workout tonight after work.
Overall I seem to have more energy, and am starting to sleep well at night. I'm not really hungry, but feel bloated. When I tried to eat the "good stuff" Monday(Smoked Polish Sausage, Gouda Cheese, Saltine Crackers, Pickled Herring, Rocky Road Ice Cream, and Pinot Noir) it didn't sit well. My teeth are sensitive to heat and cold, I have major headaches. My hip is killing me, I urinate like a race horse, and can feel the cloves from the parasite flush go through my system.
Outside of the BM's that gross me out, I generally feel good. I have a few weeks of the parasite cleanse to go, and am concentrating on improving my eating habits. Have not felt any real hunger pains since Monday. I ordered a "zapper" a few weeks ago and am waiting for that. So hopefully by the beginning of the year I will start the kidney cleanse.
After reading your post yesterday I decided to get the things I'm eating today. I had not been following the directions, but like I said, I have religion now. I may be wrong, but what I'm doing now is the easy stuff.
