be very careful with it
do not start with the recommended dose
if you have parasites you, and you take more than a sixteenth of a teaspoon, it might make you projectile vomit

lay down on your side in a fetal position, and you won't feel as nauseaus
do not take it on an empty stomach
with orange juice, or fruit seems to work best for me

i took some with fast food and immediately threw up
if you take it with healthy food, it won't make you feel as sick

drink lots of water
it will make you thirsty
that is good
it will also give you diahrrea

you are supposed to take it periodically in rounds, until all your symptoms have gone away, and then do routine maintenance with it

it makes you feel sick because it's cleaning the toxins out of your body
when your body is clean, you won't feel sick when if take it

i can take a lot more now, without feeling sick, than when I started four years ago
but i still can't tolerate the recommended dose
