Sounds to me like the protocol you have chosen is working, and I bet you are going to feel a whole lot better if persist and get those evil little critters out of your body.
I was down to one or two orgasm per month, at most, when I was really sick. But my sex drive came back strong after cleansing the parasites out of my system. I hope that happens for you, too.
