Hi,
My first few days on Iodine I had a headache in front of my head, blurry eyesight and anxiety.

It lasted 2 days and then it went away.

That was at 2 horizontal drops.
when I tried to increase I got itchy bumps.

backed off for awhile and increased again and was ok.

then just recently I increased again and have had a few bladder issues that are already better after a few days.

so as you can see It can be quite interesting.

Are you doing the vitamin C and selenium as well? That is very important.

I did my 2nd parasite cleanse and did not use Iodine while cleansing. I fealt it would be too many toxins.

I am now back on iodine.
