Hi and spinda is correct it was in the debate section. Being new I am still finding my way around.

I used a product called 'cellfood' last year which was a heavy oxygen, which I thought was brilliant, however, on day 19 (after going low and slow) I got dreadful headaches.

I have tracked that on the 19th day of any protocol I get headaches. Dropping the cellfood drops back to just one per day just kept the headache going and I had to cease. No amount of water shifts it. This was before the candida and parasites were discovered.

I have done the metagenics detox (under doc supervision) plus 3x Nystatin, plus 4 x diflucan etc etc and on and on. (sugar,flour dairy free) but something that has been around perhaps 20 years isnt going to go overnight !!!

I take 3 litres filtered water per day (minimum) steamed fish and vegetables, usual clean diet.

I had a salad sandwich and had fibro pain within a hour. It is the fibro pain (yeast in bread) that has kept me house bound.

I look forward to solving this problem once and for all - yahoo

PS: I also have a cerebral aneurysm which was coiled last November. which is why my wonderful doc cannot use her newly acquired rife machine on me. (it will explode)
