Hi cassi, welcome aboard! Congrats and great for you improving your health! Have you checked out any other CureZone Forums ? I'm going to do a Humaworm parasite Cleanse after my MC. (you do eat during that) I've read some people have had an easier time with weight loss after getting rid of parasites so I hope that helps me as well. Plus I just don't want bugs in me!!! Also someone posted this great site on another forum which has healthy recipes:
