I posted about trying tumeric & bromelian a couple of weeks ago, I've presisted, and it has worked. I had a big die off last week, my upper intestine has been swollen for I don't know how long, and I suddenly can see my rib cage. I thought is was just because I was too fat, but under the swelling, I actually have a shape. I'm very pleased with myself!

I could also feel something twitching in that area, and it's gone. When I felt absolutely lousey from the die off symptoms, instead of backing off, I took a big dose of Wormwood Black-Walnut and clove, and upped the tumeric dose. I also ate something really nice and sweet, and then took the worm bomb. Result, a bunch of dead worms showed up saturday and sunday, but I knew immediately I'd gotten them because of the change in my abdomen.

I've come to the conclusion that it's a lot like catching mice, you have to give them some bait.

I got a lot of 1 to two inch long white worms about 1 mm in diameter. Does anyone have a clue what they are? I'm also finding small gray skins, which I think might be fluke parts.

I am have done much better on the tumeric than I did on the Wormwood Black-Walnut and clove combination, I didn't have as much inflamation in my joints. The first parasite cleanse I did was so painful that I could hardly walk, I kept at it anyway because I was passing large Tapeworm segments, which was highly motivating.

I found the tumeric originally as part of a colon cleanse, but after looking it up, I found out that it is good for a lot of other things as well. I am continuing with the tumeric, but now I'd adding olive leaf extact. I'm going to reduce the turmeric, because I think I've killed the organisms that it's effective against for the time being.

It seems to really help with the joint pain I experience, I am begining to realize that I have an awful lot of detoxing to do. Tumeric is also good for your liver, and my liver really felt pretty sore after I did the big parasite kill off last week.

Thanks to you guys, I got a few more critters dead.
