Hey Julie - Are you taking Bromelain or just getting it by eating pineapple? Are you making your own mix, or is there some product you found that is working. I'm looking to do a good Bowel Cleanse before my next round of tarageted parasite killing. I already take psyllun and used to take buckthorn which I can restart. Is there a source you like to use when learning about medicinal properties of herbs? Thanks again! K
