Ok, so now I've had headaches, sinus drainage from the bowel/ parasite protocol. I took one day off the Oxypowder Saturday for a break, but decided when I bloated right back up that I needed to continue with it. This morning had some potato peel looking stuff and some thin red looking things in the toilet. 2nd time this morning I had to go was just the potato skin looking things. I think the potato looking things are some kind of fluke? Anyone know what these are? Should I change my protocol now that i have seen them? Do it longer, take more dewormer?
Any suggestions are appreciated!
