Sorry to be so long replying.

I also felt nauseous when I was very hungry. I don't know why. I don't get that feeling these days. My main clues that I need food are an empty feeling, and if I wait too long, mild faintness and shaking hands.

Sometimes, nausea is a sympathetic reaction to a bad condition existing in another organ. For example, I get migraines (not so many now) and migraines are often accompanied by nausea, part of the "halo" symptoms which distinguish migraines from other forms of headaches. If my mother got a migraine, she usually also became nauseated. If she vomited, the headache would ease up shortly after.

In the case of the Master-Cleanse and hunger, nausea might be connected with low blood pressure and low blood sugar.

Both of my parents are/were Diabetic (Type II) and so I've almost certainly inherited the tendency to develop that condition as well. I've noticed, among the diabetics that I know, often their hands shake when they're really hungry. So that sign might not apply to you, if you don't have a close relative with diabetes.

Avoiding the development of diabetes is one of the medium-term goals of my health program.

As long as you are on the MC, you should not take additional herbs or medicines (unless prescribed by your doctor), because you're giving you body a rest so that it can clear out toxins and build healthy new tissue to replace damaged tissue. So, while you're waiting, you could research parasite cleansing and obtain the cleanser of your choice. I recommend Clarkia for a start, because it's relatively cheap and can be obtained via email. If Clarkia eliminates any unwelcome guests, then you might consider other cleanses as well.

Good luck!
