I'm wondering how many people that have severe liver fluke infestations also don't have their gall bladders? I had mine removed a year and 1/2 ago- and it wasn't because it was full of gall stones, it was because it was only functioning at 5% capacity. I'm sure it was from the congested liver from the flukes though, because after having the gall bladder out, I thought that would solve the problems, which, of course, it didn't. The problem has been in the liver.

Also, an interesting thing- in doing the coffee enemas to flush out the parasite remnants, I have been getting orange gall stones, which Telman tells me on the Liver Flush Forum , come from the gall bladder- but since I don't have a gall bladder, apparently they can form in the bile duct. He said also that infection can be one of the factors in the orange. I've been battling gum infection, along with the parasites for the past 2 months. Plus, I can only imagine the bacterias the bugs are putting out.

I take ox bile and digestive enzymes, which the Alt. Med Dr, and people on the liver forum, have told me I will need to do for the rest of my life to replace the bile salts normally put out by the gall bladder.

I just wonder if the flukes take advantage of there not being a gall bladder too. It would make sense that they go into the pancreas through the common bile duct.
