i have the same problem!! I've done so much reading up on this...my hormones are so screwed up, since i started puberty, something has been wrong. my Acne gets a little better when I stop eating flour/sugar and drink loads of veggie juice but it doesn't completely go away. I've gone on some serious cleansing diets, avoided all sugar, refined starches, just ate veggies & minimal fruit, parasite cleanse, liver flushes, colon cleanses, probiotics, prebiotics, supplements.... it's ridiculous.
