Cascara Sagrada works well, and is inexpensive. Take one tablet at bedtime. The Chinese Med. (Alt Med) Dr. starts with colon cleansing, and then parasite cleansing-and wants me to continue with the colon stuff to keep moving the parasites and toxins out. He has me doing a Cascara Plus capsule at bedtime,(which also has some Senna in it) along with 1 tsp of Fiber Fusion at bedtime, and when I wake up- and Okra Pepsin, 2 capsules at 3x a day. I didn't know what the Okra Pepsin was for until recently- he said it's to help loosen up the mucoid plaque and get it eliminated, because parasites will hide behind it.
coffee enemas work well, but I do a couple of clear water, or Epsom Salts /water prior to the coffee, and follow the coffee with another clear water one.
