Hello!
I'm in the middle of my own version of a parasite cleanse. Going good so far (judging by the pieces of worm in my excrement),except these worms have me SSOOO constipated. I understand that this is very bad, especially during a cleanse. I used Epsom Salts but they were harsh on my body. Supplements that expand inside of me aren't an option, and I've attempted enemas, but with no success. (I think perhaps I'm doing it wrong, I don't know) Is there a natural way or a healthy way to relieve constipation? Any recommendations? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Oh, and on after thought, has anyone ever experienced sharp lung pains during cleansing? Or had problems jerking awake periodically?
