Please don't get me wrong, I'm glad you asked questions re the experience. I'm still learning, including from my own experience. (How to apply what I've saw here on the physical world).

I was wondering if 'opening' and 'telling' too much -at once- about spiritual matters, somehow, extracted a little bit of 'energy'. Because I feel that, and some people I know too.

I think I've read in your NDE experience about that too, something like... the need to rest for a while, between your messages. And that comment resonated in me.
