I haven't had much luck explaining the die off phenomena to anybody. They just think I'm crazy and tell me I should see a doctor. That is why I come here for support and encouragement. Best thing to do is to keep quiet about what you are doing. IMHO

Hang in there and you will start to feel a lot better. You have to be more tenacious than the parasites you are hosting. Not easy, but possible. It takes a very strong constitution to cleanse deeply. Most people are happy to just kill a few of them off, and feel a little better.

But if you have an agressive colony that is really mean and determined to take you out, the only hope (again in IMHO) is the radical warrior medicine approach.
