Start with a tiny fraction of the recommended dose. It will give you bad diahrrea, make you nauseaus, and exhausted. Good. That means it's working. It will also make you paranoid. Talk yourself into calming down. It just means the parasites are dying and you can feel their flight/fight chemicals.

When I first started taking it, I had horrible dreams of monsters dying. I began taking it because I thought I had malignant melanoma that had metastisized to my lungs and liver. I read that it will hunt down cancer or virus anywhere in the body and eliminate it. I was already taking it before I knew anything about parasites, or that parasites cause cancer.

Then one day I was doing some research on the internet and came across a picture of a hookworm, the one with the mouth open and teeth showing. It took my breath away because it looked exactly like the demons I kept seeing in my dreams. That is how I knew I had parasites, because bloodroot was killing them. I immediately did a search for Parasites, found this forum, started reading and here I am today, feeling better than I've ever felt in my life, as I was a sickly child. I'm sure I had worms. Bloodroot saved my life. It was not melanoma that I had, but hep C. Warts all over my body were itching like crazy. My immune system was compromised by the virus, which made me susceptible to opportunistic parasitic infections.

I was told that bloodroot will not make you sick unless there are toxins in your system. I was told that people will take it periodically to make sure their system is not toxic. I was told that you are supposed to take it until your symptoms are gone, then stay on it for another thirty days, then go on routine maintenence. Some people do a seven day run with it once a month, and others take it for thirty days every six months or a year. I was told to start with a small dose and gradually increase until all my symptoms were gone. I am getting close. I only have a small amount of swelling in a lymph gland left. A lady told me she saw a man put a tablespoon of it in orange juice and drink it. A sixteenth of a teaspoon made me projectile vomit. I was told that one man shrunk a tumor the size of a football. It took years for him to get rid of it.

For four years I would have a set back every time I stopped taking the bloodroot.
It was a two steps forward, one step backward process for me to get better, because you are supposed to periodically stop, and give your body a break from detoxing. When I found the Iodine I started making mega progress. It seems to fortify the cells and prevent the disease from progressing when you take a break.
