I am hypothyroid. I started on Iodine 8 days ago. Initially 3 drops in the AM now the past three days I have three drops 2x per day. I loved that day one my RLS was GONE and my sleep was long and deep with vivid dreams (both continue daily) but I am still extremely exhausted.

I read many of you have wonderful energy since you've been taking Iodine. At what point did the energy start to kick in?
