I did both Lugol's and Idoral for 2 mos with increasing/incremental dosages (I was up to 20 drops of Lugol's and I never noticed a thing. Either A.) I'm inert. B.) I don't have an Iodine deficiency (that would be hard to believe) or any of that halides toxicity (possible). C) I couldn't absorb it for some reason and my body simply threw it off as something it did not want. I have no idea.

Now, I'm more interested in natural forms and am trying that route. Good luck.
