Will Iodine help with PCOS?
I have done several Bowel Cleanses in the past but have never done liver, kidney, or parasite cleanses. Furthermore, I have been and currently am doing the threelac candida cleanse. I received my Lugols solution and would like to start Iodine supplementation but wanted to know if I need to do other cleanses first to ensure that my elimination channels are working at peak performance.
Also, I understand that adrenal insufficiency needs to be addressed first but could I do both at the same time?
Finally, I am beside myself. I am not certain that I am hypothyroid or that I have adrenal issues being that labs have never pointed in that direction, however I from what I understand Dr.'s do not tend to address lab results if they are within "normal" range. I am not aiming for normal, I am aiming for peak performance. Anyway, I have symtpoms of both adrenal and thyroid insufficiencies from hair loss to depression, anxiety, craving sweets and carbs, cold intolerance, wt. gain, lethargy at times, and at other times insomnia.
I suppose I just feel overwhelmed and do not know what to treat first?
I received Clarika parasite cleanse as well but do not want to be administering too many supplements at once.
Would the Iodine suffice? I understand that it within itself is a strong antiparasitic?
I did the skin test last night and when I awoke in the morning the iodine stains were undetectable. I already took my morning dose of ACV and I am tempted to put a drop in my afternoon shot. Can someone please offer me some advice :D. I cannot take these low energy levels much more...
