Hiya Cyane,

1. Since you will be doing a series of liver flushes, you don't have to wait until your parasite cleanse is completed. It would be beneficial if you waited, but not essential. The reason is that you will be doing another flush 3 weeks into the parasite cleanse, then another (if all goes well) 5 weeks in, and another 1 week after it is done.
Personally, I'd wait until the parasite cleanse is done. During that time, you could also work on cleansing your kidneys, which would go a long way towards reducing toxin overload following the liver flush. There are several methods for cleansing the kidneys: Banaba tea (my favourite), 1/2 lemon with honey or your preference in sweetner in warm water every day until you're ready to do the liver flush, or cranberry juice mixed with water. Incidentally, you could do the lemon/water thing for 5 weeks and then the cranberry juice to prepare for the liver cleanse, as it also has lots of malic acid. That way, you would have dealt with two potential problems before the liver flush, which would clear the way for toxin removal.

2. Detox detox detox. Water is the most important thing you can use to keep the toxins moving out and to reduce Herxheimer's Effect. First, prepare by hydrating, at least 8 - 10 glasses of water a day the week before the flush, and extra water (as much as is comfortable for you) the day of and the day following the flush. You need to wait 20 minutes after any of the ES, and since I believe you encapsulate the ES, I'd give it a few minutes more to wait for the capsules to dissolve. After the lemon/citrus/oil drink, Moritz recommends 4 hours wait, during which you rest and sleep anyways.
You could prepare to maximize your body's use of ES by taking magnesium oxide for 3 days before. I recommend first day, 500 mg. Next day, 500 mg 2x/day. Day before the flush, 500 mg 3x/day. Day of the flush, 500 mg in the morning. That's just my experience, and I'm not a doctor, but it has worked well for me. That way, the magnesium sulphate is less likely to be absorbed into your body because of a magnesium deficiency, and more likely to activate the absorption of water into the intestines so that toxins will be cleared out by frequent BMs. I suggest this particularly because you've used Oxypowder and high doses of magnesium usually cause diarrhea, which removes electrolytes, including magnesium. Ironic, eh! You want low doses which will be absorbed by the body, to balance a magnesium insufficiency which might have arisen due to the Oxypowder . Just my thoughts, and others might disagree...
The day after the flush, make sure you drink lots of water.
You could also try one or any combination of the following over the days following the flush:
- Detox bath (1 cup ES and 1 cup baking soda in the hottest water you can stand, soak for 30 or as long as you can stand it, followed by a cool shower, first on your arms and legs and then on your torso to avoid shock, for about a minute, then go straight to bed);
- rebounding;
- Detox foot pads, available in some pharmacies;
- chlorella (whatever dose you prefer, you are already familiar with this);
- oil swishing (check the oil swishing/pulling Forum FAQ );
- dry body brushing;
- that, followed by a whole body massage using coconut oil, sweeping everything towards the heart;
- kidney cleansing tea for a few days after, or simply parsley tea.
My top recommends are dry skin brushing, followed by a coconut oil massage and a detox bath. You will feel like a million bucks and might sleep better.

3. I don't know for sure about Macademia. According to the numbers quoted by Telman, it should work and taste better than olive oil. In addition, you should look into the Classic Coke flush, using a carbonated health store drink like apple cider or something similar. It doesn't have to be Classic Coke!

4. A heavy metal cleanse taxes the kidneys in particular and is a major undertaking. I'd recommend doing that after the Liver Flushes have cleared out a LOT of toxins on their own, as they will remove some metals as well. In the meantime, you could continue the mild approach of using chlorella, spirulina and cilantro, as you have mentioned in the past. You might consider using the metals test recommended by Concerned Auntie, only $20 to find out what metals you need to concentrate on.
